Explanation of Absence Letter
Families: If your child is absent from school, please submit a written note within three (3) days so we can mark the absence as excused. After 10 absences, a doctor’s note or the Explanation of Absence Form is required. Download the form below to help us keep track of attendance and support your child’s learning.
